weak heart
Hello doctor,I am 29 yr old.
I have a younger brother.He is 26 yr old.
He has a problem regarding to Heart. whenever he speak loudly or go by upstairs then his heart rate increases so fast and he has to take long-long breath. This also happen when he get any tension in his mind and finally he lose his confidence.He is a software engineer.His heart rate also increases whenever he take heavy lunch.
plz help doctor....

Hello Doctor Mahfooz,
I have given the prescribed remedy to my brother and He is feeling better. But he has not get ridoff his weakness.
He feel continuous trembling in his hand's finger even after better heart situation. This condition get worse during tension. he usually feel heavyness in his mind and not activeness i.e he feel lazyness in his mind.He usually doesn't take any interest in his work due to lazyness.
he usually went to Fitness club some yrs before. But due to feeling stretching and weakness in hand after this problem he has discontinued the gym.
Plz suggest the doctor for his treatment. Since he has taken a lot of treatment from ayurvedic,alopathy and homeopathy doctor for getting ridoff trembling problem in his hand's finger but now he has disappointed and he has lost his hope.
Please help to my brother doctor.
