This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As you have do it only one year, still may be in primary stage. So if you immediately can stop from now, hope you would be able to recover the loss. Some homeo medicine may be helpful to reduce the sexual desire to stop this habit.

Please get off the guilt of doing the act of masturbation. As a doctor i assure you that it is totally harmless and will not cause any problems at all.

The medicines suggested will work for the weakness that you are experiencing due to the loss of vital fluid (semen) and the guilt (I would add remedy PINE to relieve this guilt).

There is no harm in the act, irrespective of the frequency, provided you don't feel weak and debilitated.

Friend,

I would go with the first advice given to you in this forum. 'Prevention is better than cure' and to live a healthy life some sort of 'Self control' will be always required.
Try and divert your mind to other interests/ hobbies.

God bless U.
