A million dollar formula:

You need Rubbing Alcohol (Isopropy Alcohol) and White Vinager.

Mix both in equal proportions and fill up the ear with the liquid. Wait for 5 minutes and drain the ear. Clean it very lightly with swab. Repeat this a couple of times. (make sure the liquid is a bit warm)

Alcohol will dry up the ear, so don't worry liquid won't stay in the ear.

This recipe is to clean the ear.

Sorry Mr. Murthy I have no intention to interrupt you. I just mentioned the recipe to clean the ear.

Dear Murthy

Thanks, we all are here to share our experience and gain more experience. I am from Punjab but my mother tongue is Hindi. I spend about 4 months each year in USA. One month in Vancouver Canada and rest of time in India. By the way I love Bangalore and try to spend two months there. May be this time I will take AP Exp.

In the countries where Isopropyl alcohol is not available any grain alcohol will do the job. If grain alcohol is not available a whisky will do the job but in that case

1 part of whisky and 1/10th part of alcohol.

I used to have heavy ear wax and anytime I took bath in the rivers in india, my ear always got infected because water entered in the ear and wax swelled. It was a torture, I have no words to explain it.

Then my sister-in-law who is ENT surgeon in USA and professor in the University of West Virginia told me to do this. No more infections.

Actually wax is good for the ear but it is just the matter of cleaning periodically. Worse are the patient who has no wax in the ear.

Hi Kuldeep,

The original earinfection is over. The discussion has found new paths.
But I'll remember your advice next time.

Hello,

Four weeks have passed since I gave Causticum for Jasper.

I missed Kuldeep's message about cleaning the ear, but I bought some kind of oil (special for cleaning ears) from a pharmacy. I can't get the wax out, not even with the oil. The wax is in different position, it is not as tight as before, but won't come out when showering inside. Too big and too deep.

The right ear is very clean. So the ears are not making so much wax anymore.

The biggest difference has been this: he has been soooooo well-behaving. He has not been that "good boy" for 7 months than last four weeks!

Now we are going backwards: the boy disobeys; when wants something and I say no, then he says he'll brake this and that; start hitting if I don't let him do everything he wants to...
Yesterday he was drawing to a book, though he knows e x a c t l y where he can write or draw. I got so furious that my face turned red - Jasper just put his head up and said "it is your fault". Arrggghhhh!!!! He is a pain in the neck. I am so tired of repeting orders three times, and finally the situation ends so that I cancel tv-watching and candy day.

Was it really Causticum that helped this stubborn personality? Should I give it again?
If he can't be helped then I'll be needing something to gain more understanding...
