Request for one single remedy suggestion.
Dear Doctors.Request for remedy suggestion.Let me simplify.
I have obesity,High cholesterol,Frequent skin fungal infections,Piles and constant gass formation.
Please suggest one single remedy which I can take religiously

I think in this case Antimonium Crudum will not be a suitable. As there is No over eating. Also white coating over tongue is completely absent and was never found.other symptoms also do not match.Not irritative in nature, also not shy- dont like to talk with people attitude.
Can we think anyone of followings and than come to one?(I dont know):

Graphities
Calcia Carbia
