i am just curious, have you ever been tested for celiac disease?

gunks last decade
Dr Sameer I will take the dose as you say and am wondering what i will be experiencing. I have a bit of anxiety about taking it as I had quite a few things show when i took the last dose along with the improvements?

To Gunks, I have not been tested for that although i have had several colonoscopies and endoscopies done. I do not know what they do to test for that.

Whatever you will experience should be beneficial for you. It is difficult to predict.

Dr Sameer, I know it will benefit me and for that i am so grateful. Now while I wait i wonder if I can again address an issue about my son. I noticed another person during the past week asked about their 15 yr old Sister who had Asperberger's and another doctor posted regarding the Autism spectrum. my son has Asperger's and is suffering with depression and not sleeping. I am so sure with your experience we can get some relief for him. I had him fill out the questions you normally ask and will send it to you in separate post if you will agreee to help. thank you so much. Junie

here is my sons questionaire:
. Describe your main suffering?

These are my symptoms that I've had for the past year (but have decreased or disappeared as I have taken some herbal medications):
-Trouble sleeping and staying awake at night
-Trouble concentrating(scattered) while working or working under stress.
-Worries about the future
-Tired
-Mild headaches
-Feeling worthless or hopeless
-Sometimes acting different. Restless or anxious
-Loss of interest in activities I used to enjoy or finding it hard of getting into new activities or hobbies (taking flower essence mix for this)
-Feeling sad or down
-Thoughts about dying (last time was probably few weeks ago).
-Finding the right goal in my life (taking flower essence mix for this)
-Feeling of loneliness

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Occasional back pain from work

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
none

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Depressed, angry

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Latest symptoms started early 2008 or after I had my car accident in May 2008. I've had depression after my parents divorced in the year -1996 and worse after my mother's death in the year 2000. Symptoms have emerged again as I have endured new difficulties or changes in my life. I haven’t thought about it as a depression until this year.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
during work hours from 8am to 5pm or while trying to sleep.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
aggravating things: working too much, being late on things, past decisions about life, arguing between parents and having to live in the same household.
Being able to speak about my problems and having a longer break from work helps to ease my problems.

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Moving from place to place, being away from friends, and possibly a internal change in the mental level.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
dry and moderate 70f (21c)

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
quiet, calm, daydreamy

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
restless, anxious if it's blowing hard outside.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
yes, if someone close is there for that
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
I'm very sensitive to noise and smell. I like it more than dislike

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
scratching the skin off the fingers, talking to myself inside my head while working (but not constantly), sometimes weeping while trying to sleep, sometimes shaking my right foot(intentional).

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I'm close with few but hardly keep contact with other friends. I feel that the few are supportive and kind.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Fears: Being killed in a car accident, falling from high places, needles, being eaten or buried alive, death of a close one.
I think about my mother’s passing quite a lot ( died in 2000) and if I could have done something to save her. She died from a brain aneurysm. Sometimes I have dreams about her that she’s still alive but in a state that she can’t communicate

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
cravings: burgers, pizza, Mexican, Chinese, aversions: seafood, pickled food(vinegar), herring,

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

Normal, sometimes less when I feel tired. I have hard time eating breakfast if I try to eat right after I wake up.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Not that I know any

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Sweating is normal, palms when nervous.

I sleep fairly good if there's nothing that bothers my mind (probably six hours). I wake up at least once a night.
My sleeping posture changes from sleeping on both sides, but usually laying on my back.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Probably not

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I've always been an anti-social person. As I became a teenager I started to really suffer from low confidence and self-esteem. However, in the past year, I've started to gain a lot more on both. I think that I have a mild case of Aspergers.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
rescue remedy for stress (flower essence), Escaloft for depression and flower essence mixes prepared by a essence therapist. Recently, I've tried Kava which helped for the first two days but started having nausea, therefore stopped taking it.

One case of schizophrenia on my mother's side(her brother)

Hello Dr Sameer,

It is a bit over the 3weeks since i took the Nat Mur 1M. I have been over all in a good frame of mind in spite of many stresses. i might get to feeling down for a little but then recover rapidly. before once it started i was just immobilized, staying often in my bedroom reading to be by myself. this i would do for days. So for this i am much better. However i find I am worrying quite a bit about my self and dying. perhaps because i lost two sisters so close, but also because i have so much pain with my stomach and of course my asthma but my digestive problems make me fel ill most of the time with the diarhea. But on the mental side i think i am enormously better. So i am thinking where do we go from here.

Hi Junie,

Please wait for 10 more days, and report back at that time.

Greetings, it has been two weeks. have been very busy but over all have done quite well. yesterday however I awoke with a feeling of depression that continued. i wept several times with a feeling hopelessness. I am wondering if i again need to dose with Nat mur? over the past two weeks i have observed that even though i might get upset I do not feel like I am spiraling down into the depths of darkness but yesterday was quite bad but still did not last the whole day.

Greetings Dr Sameer,
It seems i do not stay depressed but still having some aniety periods but probably due to so many upheavals in our lives right now. We are going today to get arsinicum album for our son. but he is changing from minute to minute and very difficult to deal with right now. Also i wanted to mention that overall my thinking is good but i seem to dwelling on my physical health and am fearful of what becomes of me. i wake up an night and thinking of that i probably have cancer or my heart is a problem. i have many feelings inside my body that are happening and we do not have health insurance so it is more difficult to find the answers and of course i do not trust allopathic med at all and know only that they make you worse. At some point i would like to address some of these problems when you think i am at that point. thanks for your attention and thank you for your insight. juniebug

Hi Junie,

Can you please form a list of the current issues, (like a physical and mental symptom list) ?

sameervermani last decade
Well Dr Sameer, it is so long list below but better you know what I am thinking and feeling if you are to help me. Below are so many things that I feel I have become a hypochondriac, and I do not want to be that but also know that when your mental state improves your physical strength and health can then come back.

Doctors said my severe anemia was possibly cancer somewhere but they do not find it. They have to keep doing iron drips once a year (I go to hospital for 1 day) it lasts about 12 months and when the iron is gone my blood count drops. (currently my hemoglobin is normal so I must still have the iron. my hemoglobin has been as low as 4.5. (normal is 15-16 for woman)

I had treatment for h-pylori and since I have had very bad gastritis. Now it is going some better as I have been taking licorice root before meals.
I have gall bladder problems but no stones they said. If I eat any fried food I am sick. We seldom do so I keep it under control but would like it to be a healthy gall bladder.

I have a mitral valve prolapse- have palpatations –had to go to heart doctor in 2001 because the valve gapped open very wide when blood count was 4.5. the valve closed back almost all the way when they got my blood count up.

My kidney function is low -creatin is .87 but GFR is only 59 on last blood work. I have pain in kidneys but no infection. I am drinking asparagus extract tea 1 cup every day. I have been drinking it one week now to help flush the kidneys.

My feet and lower legs swell every day. I do not have high blood pressure (my bp is 120/73) so am thinking my heart has problems (my mother died at 48 of heart attack , also one sister last year) I have low cholesterol.

Asthma – it is doing some better - but still have some pain in lungs

I take no allopathic medicine except the emergency inhaler for my asthma and if absolutely necessary a steroid inhaler. They tell me to take always but I will not do it because I know it is so bad for you long term.

Mentally: I have done so well since you have treated me. Before if there was anything upsetting then I would feel all was negative and out of my control and doom was everywhere. I would feel upset with everything and isolate.
Now I am dealing with daily problems and even if I have a very stressful day I do not go into blackness and stay there days and days. most of the time within hour I am back mentally positive.

I still always in the back of my mind fear that I have this dread cancer somewhere or heart problem.
I am trying to adjust my eating to healthy as possible. I do need to walk more as my work is at a computer all day. I wake in the night most nights. Am up for an hour or two.

If I lay in bed then I am thinking my health and so I get up and study herbs, homeopathy, Chinese medicine. And as for Chinese tongue diagnosis I have so many deep cracks on my tongue vertical cracks and some horizontal. I also have geographic tongue. I am determined to be healthy again.

I know that people do take homeopathic for specific ailments also.

I hope you are not too overwhelmed with all the above.
Sincere thanks, Junibug

One last thing i just remembered. a physical problem.
When i go walking then my muscles are so sore i can hardly move. this is not daily walking in house or walking out to work shop but if we go hiking or if i do work in the yard digging then my muscles in upper back feel constricted and difficult to breathe. it is like all my muscles are filled with poision.
