Need help quickly!!!

((((I used to write as 'peace' but was unable to reconnect using that name))))

My husband is experiencing numbness in his fingers and toes (second toe, right foot), he is feeling weak all over. He says it is hard to balance, he is swinging from side to side. He has tingling - says it feels like insulation on his skin, he can even feel it in his mouth. If he bends his arm or lifts it about his head his fingers go numb (mainly the right arm). He says he started feeling like this yesterday morning but thought it would go away so he didn't tell me about it until know. He drives semi truck and is only home on the weekends but is home today. He does not eat very well - much fast food. He drinks much coffee, and is very over weight. He also smokes. He feels dizzy and nauseated aswell. He experienced stomach pain yesterday, underneath his belly by his pant line. Says he could feel the food and drink go to that spot and it hurt.
Please help. Is this is a circulation problem or could it be something worse?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
He couched up some mucus - it's black. Very concerned. Plan to take him to the walk in clinic for x-rays.
Please reply as soon as possible.

Sure would like to here from Pankja, Sabra or John about which remedy would suit this condition. We are wondering if his body is detoxifing the nicotine in his body. Any remedy that could assist him with this and help to ease the discomfort?

GO TO the ER! coughing up black is coughing up blood. Black is old blood. Something is leaking from small rupture.

Toes and numbness are only aside of what may be wrong.

There are at least a choice of 3 to 4 things that are serious enough to need immediate attention. Not an appointment...Go to the ER IMMEDIATELY.

After some sort of diagnosis, we will suggest remedies.
