Try Croton tig 200 one pill twice weekly. Externally apply plain talcum powder to keep the place dry.

ok thanks Pankaj...ok I got it.Thanks Aconite too..for his help...ok if you advice me if you look into my case..as i said rash for about 10 years and hard eruptions on scrotum 2 in number like small warts white in colour they dont get incresead in size but their number appears to increase.
I have medical background.So I wanna use homeo as allopathy prescribes steroids.
So I think if you give me your opinion and follow up that would be great.

externally apply aloe vera jelly...it will give you some relief.
Meanwhile, give me complete details including;
When it gets worse..rainy season, summer, winter ??
What other ailments you have gone thru from child hood till now ?

It started as a Rash in my childhood first may be my father had that problem I am not sure..
Then rash continued a lot for some years..
I went to allopathy thrice i think..once in DMC Ludhiana but they could not diagnose it .They gave me antifungal,antibacterial azithromycin, lightKmno4 wash.
and some steroids but it did not work at all.
Then for some tears that problem persisted as such and i did not care as much.Actually this problem appears more in winter and in summer when this area gets wet.
So its more in winter I can say
Then as the disease progressed I had two-three hard eruptions like hard fibrous tissue not that big along with my rashes.
now I have rash,alopecia,discoloration of skin,thick skin and 3 hard eruptions.
At night its a big nuissance for me.
I have a great pressure in my min d pof this as I am planning to marry in 6 months and I want to improve or if possible get rid of that.
I think I have told you basic problem and it will help yu in reaching diagnosis.
May be its exzema..or something else.
Plesae advice me and thank yu very much.
I tried homeo medicine once I dont know what doc put in that sugar pills but it did not work much and i discontinued that in a week.
Please advice.
