Spondylolisthesis with degenerative disc disease

I have a friend (about 65-70 years of age) who is suffering from Spondylolisthesis and degenerative disc disease. She told me yesterday that her spinal column is literally crumbling and the discs are being destroyed. She is in terrible pain, and unless she can find an alternative solution, she will soon be having an operation to fuse her vertebrae. My question is simple: can homeopathy help in such an extreme and advanced case?

Ive grade 1 spondylolisthesis at L4/L5 of 2mm & disc bulging. Also theres disc dessication at L5/S1. I've pain lower back, buttocks, left thigh, knee, calf and down to ankle. Pain is worse when walking for long or standing and in bed. I get calf pain mostly in bed and cant sleep on my left side. All these are in the front of my left leg and I cant climb up stairs with my left foot leading. The right side is also not too good. I use heat pack and it feels good. I went to physio but didnt help.
Please help. Im taking Calc Fluor 6X 3xdaily for the past week.
Thank you.
