please help me

hello. i am a 20 year old male. i spent the last year masturbating 3-5 times a day, everyday. i did not know i was damaging my body. the past year i smoked marijuana as well (i quit 3 months ago). 5 months ago i noticed my erections getting weaker. they were reaching full size but weren't really as firm.

3 months ago i got sick with flu like symptoms and my erection disappeared for 4-5 days. it then came back. i was ok for a month and disappeared again. i didnt slow down the ejaculation frequency, still doing it daily. this disappearance happened once more.

i currently suffer from very weak erections. no morning erections. im so stressed out. i have nowhere to turn to. i spent the past week crying cause i have the best girlfriend in the world and i dont want to lose her. im working on abstinence for one week and then one month to help my body recover.

please if anyone knows any homeopathic remedy or cure for this please let me know. im so scared. thank you.
