baby's head in posterior position

Our baby's head is in posterior position. doctor says the head is not fixing due to this. She says half of the uterus is not working properly, it is heart shaped. Baby's position is slanted not transverse or vertical.

any medicines?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
At this moment no remedy from me, but use a knee-chest position of the body. Sway the belly downward and head on arms with butt way up in the air. Use this position several times a day. Maybe every hour for a few days. Stay in position for 5 min or more. Before getting up, rock back and forth breathing deeply. This may help release this imobility.
