Indigestion, Helico Pylori
I have indigestion resulting in a duodenal ulcer starting about 10 years ago at a time of high stress, overwhelmed with business and family responsiblities. I was also drinking too much milk coffee, smoking cigarrettes, staying up late.Started with burping, then pain middle under ribs (hiatus) then pain and discomfort moved to left side, and even had few bouts of coffee ground stools. Scope showed duodenal ulcer. >> Nexium as needed.
This comes and goes. Last few years no duodenal pain, only hiatus pain and discomfort about 3-6 hrs after eating, every few months,

Yes, my feet are very painful. Soles really hurt when I first walk on them > after walking for awhile. Believe the tendons are tight and inflammed on sole. <
Rest of body is not sore to touch. Oh - except around ribs each side, noticed they are sore on firm pressure.

Sorry, to be so long replying. I've been away. I'm not sure if my symptoms are worse thinking about them, but I know they're worse thinking about problems generally in my life.
When I have indigestion badly it's almost like I get a mild fever. I get very cold, < in feet, and simply can't get warm, even with socks, lots of blankets, hot water bottle etc. This is also happens when I get chronic fatigue symptoms of extreme exhaustion and depression. The only way I can get warm is a hot bath.
