Dental plaque/calculus

I am 30 yrs old female. Suffering from dental calculus which seems to have penetrated the gums in the lower front 4 teeth,. I am extremely worried. The cleaning of teeth by dentist is an extremely painful process and i fear my teeth will fall off. I have got he cleaning done some years back. Actually doctors feel that since m teeth are staraight and not slant because of which tartar gets deposited.Kindly suggest some cure.

please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 15 days.
calcarea phosphorica 6x
silicea 6x
calcarea fluorica 6x
