question about taking aphrodisiac herbs..

Hello, I am a 28 year old male who is suffering from sexual exhaustion due to having to much sex and masturbation over a long period of time. Based on my poor libido and weak erections, I feel that my sexual organs have been overworked and need a rest from sex to become healthy again to gain it back. I am interested in taking aphrodisiac herbs during the course of my recovery but from what I understand, herbs such as horny goat weed, tribulus, tongat ali, etc... work by stimulating the sex organs in the body to help boost ones libido and such which is what I want. My concern though is that if I take or cycle these herbs, wont they just overwork the sex organs to cause them to be more exhausted after I stop taking them? The word 'stimulate' kinda scares me of that. Your advice would be so much appreciated. Thanks

matt
