This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There are 10-15 medicines indicating atrophy of Penis, which might be cause of small penis. Homeopathy works on symptoms. Just this symptom might not be enough to prescribe (narrow down) a medicine.
That may be reason of not getting response.

I am simply visitor here. Some doctor should recommend. In homeopathy, to my knowledge, 'Ignatia' has such symptom:
'Contraction of the penis; it becomes quite small.' - Clarke

Other alternatives:
1. The herbal medicines such as 'extenze' claims such things.
2. Also there are pumps (air as well as water) to do exercise, just like other muscles are put to exercise to grow. Water pump is claimed to be better.
