What Is Acne?
Acne is a disorder resulting from the action of hormones on the skin's oil glands which leads to plugged pores and outbreaks of lesions commonly called pimples or zits. Acne lesions usually occur on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders.
How Does Acne Develop?
Hair follicle that contains a fine hair, are most numerous on the face, upper back, and chest. The glands on the skin make an oily substance called sebum that normally empties onto the skin surface through the opening of the follicle.
The hair, sebum, and dead cells that fill the narrow follicle may produce a plug, which is an early sign of acne. The plug prevents sebum from reaching the surface of the skin through a pore. The mixture of oil and cells allows bacteria that normally live on the skin to grow in the plugged follicles. These bacteria produce chemicals and enzymes and attract white blood cells that cause inflammation. (Inflammation is a characteristic reaction of tissues to disease or injury and is marked by four signs: swelling, redness, heat, and pain.) When the wall of the plugged follicle breaks down, it spills everything into the nearby skin--sebum, shed skin cells, and bacteria--leading to lesions or pimples or following things.
Papules--inflamed lesions that usually appear as small, pink bumps on the skin and can be tender to the touch
Pustules (pimples)--papules topped by pus-filled lesions that may be red at the base
Nodules--large, painful, solid lesions that are lodged deep within the skin
Cysts--deep, painful, pus-filled lesions that can cause scarring.
Boils, Carbuncles etc.
The reason behind all these acne is same; those are the blocked exit point.
Silica is the medicine which opens all exit points so foreign matter could be expelled.
Hepar Sulphur Cal. Is for infections especially staphylococcus and streptococcus bacterial.
Safi contains many herbs knows to act as antibiotics. It’s main ingredient is Azadirachta India which is a powerful herbal antibacterial.

Silica is a must and for long time and if you can get Phytolacca Berries you can use a 1/4 spoon powder of it two times a day. Or soak the berries in Gin and use one spoon liqid.

I am in USA and Phytolacca Decandra is everywhere. Its berries are called P. Berry.

Any rock will do well. Some are soft and easy to work. Try to pick a semi transparent one. I was under impression that you can get whole Phytolaccy Berry in raw. I don't prefer white marbelous rocks.

But I doubt if you will be getting raw berries or Q. So you can use 6C. To economize on the medicine you can dissolve your 1/2 medicine bottle in a one liter mineral water bottle and take a spoon of it twice a day.

Yes you can put it in fridge to stop fungal growths in the water or you can add some Gin/Vodka or Whisky in it to preserve.

You can take one spoonful.

Three times will be fine, I discovered Silica in the circumstances where the only water we had was full of Silica.

Silica will expell all unwanted materials and will help skin to regain its natural architecture.

So what about the skin elasticity???

Like Sinefeld would have asked... "Do you want your skin to be elastic or you don't want your skin to be elastic". so I can give you an answer that you want.

Actually I dont' know what exactly will happen, everybody gets slightly different results. More than 60 people emailed me and reported that their scars are getting better with Silica.

Older are the scars longer it takes to recover.

Silica is a part of our life. Our food contains 18% of Silica. It won't antidote anything.

Just discard the bottom part of the bottle because that Silica is too heavy to be a medicinal grade.

Do not gradually increase the potency. Keep using the silica as it is for scars. I believe it must penetrate locally to the skin cells to start the action.
