This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Pulsatilla 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day (only one day, not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You prefer warm or cold surroundings?
How is your mental state like fearful, worried, irritating etc.

kadwa last decade
i prefer cold environment but cant tolerate extemes of either temp.and i am irritable ,worried personality and at the same time really sensitive ,gentle and caring.regarding my cycle , on and off spotting continues till mid of cycle

How is the flow? It is profuse, normal or scanty? Whether the periods recur at a short intervals or at longer intervals.

i really appreciate ur concern. cycle ave rage 35 days , regular , flow average i mean not heavy nor scanty but spotting continues for almost 2 nd week. no pain or other problem. one more thing to add is physical as well as mental fatigue which are very distressing .

Please go ahead with my earlier suggestion ie Please take three doses of Pulsatilla 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day (only one day, not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.

thanks a lot ur replies. i took pulsatilla as u advised and even after the first dose i felt some relief of shoulder pains and breath shortness. today morning i didn't have that much bruised pains as before. i can say 40- 50% better . one symptom which may be significant is that i feel better with the onset of menses is headaches, irritability ,depression ,bloatedness and last is chronic suppression of grief and anger

afridig last decade
ok. Having takes puls as advised you should wait for 15 days. Then we will take an approriate decision depending on the response.

Just thought I would chime in here...I use homeopathy all the time, but I can tell you the headaches you speak of and neck pain etc. I had for more than 10 yrs from the time I was 20-30ish... I started changing my diet when I discovered by accident my children couldn't tolerate certain foods. The #1 food that causes me all of the symptoms above is wheat/bread. I now avoid all bread, pastry, flour, wheat etc. I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (for a headache drink 1 for headache and 1 for dehydration ;0)) and I am headache free, excruciating neck and low back pain is gone UNLESS I eat it again. Same goes for popcorn for me- except it is more migrain like-I LOVE popcorn, but even airpopped organic does this to me. Might sound like it is impossible to do, but when painkillers no longer helped I figured it out ;-) Now I've been 11 years pharmaceutical anything free and only use herbs, homeopathy etc. Just thought this might be complimentary to a homeopathic remedy. do u mean gluten free diet.i'll also try this . may be it can help

afridig last decade
yes. gluten free... I think my whole family has issues. My dad never believed me, until he went on a raw food diet this year. When he tried to put bread back in, he gets cranky, bowel problems, neck and head pain, plus fuzziness/brain fog- me too! My older sister has this lifelong excruciating pain between her shoulders and in her neck. Lots of money on chiropractic, osteopath, supplements etc... I keep telling her, get rid of the wheat it will go away ;-) It is hard for her, it's hidden in alot of things...even playdoh! ;-( For me, it was worth it...I cheated a bit in the beginning but being painfree made me stick with it. Now I can tolerate the odd 'white' bagel from Tim Hortons etc. or white bun without the excruciating neck/back/shoulder pain. Not nutritious, but if I'm going to cheat, I'd rather it be a bagel then a chocolate bar or something! ;-) btw I'm also corn, yeast, dairy and junk food free too ;-) By choice and for the kids too. We don't argue hardly at all anymore, without the wheat I don't explode the same - I used to eat lunch (sandwhich) and wonder why I just needed my kids to leave me alone afterwards etc. Once I connected the dots and decided to pay more attention to the things I eat and how I felt after them, life became alot more fun! Of course I also went scent free for the babies/kids too. A woman I know hugged me the other day and her perfume was so strong it stayed with me all day- unfortunately so did my headache. (different from the wheat one) Years ago I just lived on 222's, now I know what triggers them! Also eliminating things while you strengthen the immune system whether by homeopathy or other means is I think- an excellent idea.

hi wendy. thanks for sharing ur experience . but can u please tell us what things u can take i mean as staple food

we try to buy grains thru coop in bulk so cheaper and fresher, less pkging. amaranth i don't care for but...millet, quinoa, buckwheat, sometimes oats cooked and served with almond milk (or use like rice and add veggies), berries and or honey/agave, brown rice - also rarely but on occasion dead rice (I mean white rice ;-)), chickpeas, almonds, walnuts, pecans, most fruits and veggies except for citrus (baby is nursing and doesn't like them and my kids can't tolerate them either), lots of green veggies, lots of veggies, carrots, cukes, etc.

don't think of what you CAN'T eat, think of AND get a list of ALL the things you can eat ;-0

Sometimes it's about getting back to the basics and being content with simple...1-3 bananas instead of some 'fancy' breakfast. or having banana, apple, pear and mango cut up for breakfast, a banana milkshake made with homemade almond milk (almost all are pasteurized-buy directly from growers), fruit smoothies, green juice smoothies - ie. 4 apples, 4 cups water- big handful of spinach and kale with 1/4 lime (is a must ;-)) with rind-blend in Vitamix-delicious-strain if it's too thick for your liking and then you have green juice-put in wine glass ;-))) in a pinch almond butter + agave + a bit of butter tastes awesome...lots of raw treat recipes out there. I also eat red meat/chicken- organic mostly , we buy 1/2 from the local farmer-cheaper. I try not to eat it too often- my body doesn't care for it either. I also eat potatoes, sweet potatos/yams, squash, carrots either steamed or for a treat for the kids just put thru a handheld french fry cutter from walmart and cooked in a cast iron fry pan with olive oil ;-) or roast in oven. Its just all about adjusting your mind to simple... we tried gluten free breads but they are all horrible IMO so we don't bother. i grow my own wheatgrass and make my own dehydrated crackers when time permits from the raw food websites- great with butter and almond butter, honey etc. or guacamole, salsa, too often we fall back on things in a package and yet crock pots work great for busy people...brown rice takes an hour to get it perfect-make extra of everything, (millet for cereal can be made into millet burgers for lunch) plain brown rice = 4 cups long brown to 2 cups boilibg watewr-toast it first in fry pan on low..add to boiling water cook covered for exactly 1 hour and shut off for 15-30 minutes. fluffy and awesome everytime. add onions, toasted almonds or cashews, tamari if you can handle it, cellery, peas etc or eat plain. cook extra and freeze. when in a hurry, just reheat. think simple... hope that helps. also we try not to combine proteins and starch at same meal...read up on food combining-makes us bloated, sluggish and gain weight! ;-) ie. no meat and potatoes. wendy

thanks for telling me in detail.well ididn't know that combining protiens and starch can be the cause of bloatedness and wieght gain ,as i do have these problems . well i'll try omitting wheat and and taking simple foods

Please take three doses of Lac Can 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects in the next 15 days.

Please consider doing some breathing exercises that are good for hormonal balancing, abdominal bloating and increase in weight.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. These exercises can also be practised indoors. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
