Dear Dr Kadwa,i could not find sepia 1 M - now i have to wait 10 days until i get it! But I got mentruation (period) 3 days ago! I haven,t had that for almost years now! also some days or for a week before i had discharge!Still i have that pain in groin and it is more towards buttocks and toward getials - like something pushing to a tendon (very painful sometimes)
question: shall i wait for sepia 1 m or can i take the one i have? Please advice! Thank you so much!

REPORT: Everything has become a bit better, but still I feel pain in groin and buttocks pushing toward gentials (like a sprain, string or tendon injury). Please advice: Shall I take Sepia 1 M - i have recieved it now!

REPORT: The pain has decreased, but sometimes it feels like someting is stuck in left groin and the pain goes all way from groin , buttocks back up to the highest bone on left side and then back just under left shoulderblade and from left ear down left side neck.In total the pain is milder than before - (i had difficulties sitting on chair because it hurt or left like dragging groin/buttocks.
Please advice what to do now!

Please wait for another one week and see whether any further improvement takes place. If no improvement takes place, please take a single dose of Sepia 1 M as earlier and report back after 45 days.

R E P O R T: (after 45 day) The pain has changed ! I still have pain but it is much different now: Now it feels more like the food stops in the lower part of colon (left side) and than the colon kind of works very hard to digest this - here is where i have the most pain now! and depending on what i eat or how i feel otherwise it becomes also irritated like a scar or something which pusches downwards and towards a sprain.
In the mean time i have been visited a natruopath and he told me i must have injured the left side ( for instance fallen down some stairs ) and than i told him no - but after i left him i remembered i did actually fell dowm stairs. Well anyway he did some ajustment on me and it did help a bit also - he also wanted me to come back again ( i will do so). He also told me i probably had a leaky gut ! (don't really know what it is - have to look into it)
Anyway: summery : I am less depre4ssed, less anxious, have less pain than when i first contacted this forum! BUT STILL I HAVE SOME PAIN LOWER SIDE (LEFT GROIN/COLON)- like something is stock and doesn't pass well, and i have had hard/dry stools - don't have bowel movment regulary.
PLEASE ADVISE FURTHER!

Please take Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after one month.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

REPORT after one month - Nux Vomica 200c: There hasn't been any special canges since (24.th august).Something - whatever is ot working as it should left side! It feels better after stool and urination.The pain feel like pich, pull,pusch,ticking,dragging and moves from hip (where the bone is) downwards groin uterius and downwards middle buttoks, and when it reaches groin it feels like stuck or twisted and pushing downwards leg. Sometimes it feel better after stool and urination and sometimes like a sore there.
Also: i think very much about this and feel scared that it will not get cured!
Please advise further!
