Continuous Back pain:
Dear SirI have back pain problem past 10 Years.Some times facing this at wake up in the morning time if i start moving i feel its reduced and each and every 15 min i will have to bend my body to the c shape or ill have to walk.When bend my body i feel relax and some sound also coming from my spinal card.My weight is 63, and my age is 37, hight is 5.3 iam an vegetarian.10 to 15 yrs i was ride the bike.Now i cant stand continuously 15 min.
Pls give me an solution.
