mental disease symptoms returns
Dear all,I have treated a patient with the mental symptoms of belladonna 1m one dose in week.After taking first dose the 80% problem have been resolved the treatment have been continued for 3 weeks.But after one month of completion of treatment symptoms returns.I had started treatment again with belladonna 1m but now belladonna is not working.
Kindly help me for the case as seniors.

*Please write some 200 words on the behaviour of the patient describe his mental state like whether he is violent, lascivious, foolish, worried, fearful etc.,
*when did the problems start,
*what were the causative factors,
*the patient has suffered from which major diseases in the past,
*what are the thermal preferences of the patient like prefers, cold and open air, likes warm surroundings etc.,
*at what time of the day the patient is better and at what time he is worse like better in the morning, worse at night etc.,
*how is his bowel movement ie normal, loose or constipated,
*how is his sex function
*when did the problems start,
*what were the causative factors,
