Help for my 6 year old

My six year old son hits his forehead into the pillow continuously if he wakes up in the night. He is doing it since he was 1 year old. We can stop him from doing this by turning him on his back. He talks a lot about and is afraid of thunders and tornadoes. He is obsessed with electrical gadgets and wires. He keeps asking question and most of those are related to electric wires, batteries, and electric gadgets. He keeps his hand on his ears whenever he turns the TV on or shuts the door (probably in anticipation of noise). However, funny thing is he talks very loud and that is the complaint of her teacher, too. He does not have any hearing problem. His questions are very intelligible, however he does not show much enthusiasm towards his studies and starts crying if I give him any work sheets. His teacher also tells that after finishing any given work in his kindergarten class, he does not come back to the teacher on completion of the task. According to his teacher he does not take initiative. He is not violent, but keep bothering or teasing us or anybody else. He never asks for food, even though he is hungry. He is lean and thin and has slight dark to wheatish complexion. He loves lemonade, and likes salty things more than sweets. Two years ago he used to spit on otherswhich he gradually stopped, however now a days he licks others if he wants to tease them. His behaviour gets worse whenever he has cough and infact sometimes he vomits in bed during the night if he has cough. Last year he was given a single dose of Baryta carb 1M and showed some improvement. In January 2005 he was given a single dose of Belladona 1 M followed by single dose of Tuberculinum 1M after 20 days. I believe there is no improvement. I will deply appreciate your prompt replies in this regard.
