Blood in sperms after piles operation

I m 24. i had pilesoperation recently. now i m getting blood in sperms. can it be due to the piles operation ? if not, why does so happen ? plz help.

Blood is because of local truma. It is bound to happen.

Cantharis- causticum - mercury and petrol.
Check these out to see if you match any of them.
Also if we are talking trauma take a single dose of Arnica 1M.
