This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Madam,
Please take three doses of Natrum Muriaticum 30C or Natrum Muriaticum 200C (what ever you have on your hand) at a gap of 4 hours only for One day. Do not repeat it on the next 15 days. Do not take any other medicines/herbs in these 15 days.
One dose means:
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 2 pills (If the medicine is in pills form) or Insert 2 drop (If the medicine is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 10 times in a row (10 strokes of equal strength). Take a teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon 3 times at a gap of 4 hours. This is to be done for one day ONLY. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succession which is done to enhance the medicinal power of the remedy and this shaking must be done every time before taking a teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon which can be used as a dose.
Let me know in 15 days after these 3 doses. I look forward to your response.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 1 hour prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. If your remedy came in pills form do not touch the pills with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water.
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume / aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicy foods.
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by your Doctor.

because in ur previous post u told me to have these 3 remidies...so plz make dis clear to me .as m bit confused with the dose of natrum too....maens 3 spoon or sip up slowly..

u want me 2 take 5 drops of 1 that is mixed with 250 ml of water right....means 2 drops in 250 ml water and then 5 drops of water each time from dat for 3 times with interval of 4 hrs...m i right......then wt to do with the rest of diluted remidy ...m sorry i knw its bit upsetting but i didn,t got u....olz reply ne as soon as possb

Please store the unused portion of reconstituted remedy dilution in a cool and dry place (below 30˚ temperature), protected from light, smell of all kind of food/medicine/herbs, chemicals, etc. You will need it later.
