Fistuala and abcesses

I'm really glad I discovered this site as I am in need of some help.

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with a fistula after discovering hard canals under the skin, between the buttocks and groin and near the anal opening. It didn't drain on it's own, I would be in intense pain and have high fevers.Putting pressure on it would enable drainage.Sitting on a tennis ball and relaxing would just completely empty massive amounts of pus, but he could not find an opening that it was draining from . The doctor eventually put a drain, prescribed Augmentin, but it never went away. It continued to fill and a fistulotomy was done, where the doctor could not find the opening that it was draining from, but admitted he didn't want to perform any other invasive surgery due to the sphincter muscle and the risk. I still had the problem after surgery for months and months. Suddenly after having to take antibiotics for an abcessed tooth, the fistula cleared up for years.

Since 2008, every six months to a year or so I get an abcess that forms in the same general area, sometimes it's actually in the buttock itself, the size of a raquetball. I have had it lanced at the hospital and it had dried up. I have had my colon surgeon perform 2 operations to remove the abcess and it cleared up. And once last year, it grew so big, the day of my operation, it broke the skin where past incisions were made, and completely emptied and went away.

I now have developed a sore near where the surgery incision was performed, near the anal opening. it's purplish and not very big and has a tiny tiny whitehead, and feels semi hard and mushy. It had broken open on it's own, emitted pus followed by semi dark blood. It stops for a while and refills and I can press it and the whitehead pops and I get blood now followed by pinkish mucuosal blood, then it stops again. My colon surgeon says I now have a fistula and needs to perform either of 3 procedures, Seton, plug, or some other procedure requiring 2 separate operations.

It's starts with a slight throb and semi burning feeling in the area. I then will fill a bit and I can get it to drain by applying slight pressure to the swelled sinus beneath the skin ( feels like a little violcano) Pink to semi dark blood with emit, followed by light watery pus, then it stops for almost a week.

Can you recommend the right treatment for this as I cannot afford not trust any more operations.
