remedy for helicobacter?

I was diagnosed helicobacter from a blood sample. I've had it onece before more than ten years ago. Not looking forward to taking the antibiotics so could you suggest something else?

Have no heartburn etc. but very bad stomach cramps so that I have to bend down and can't be straight. Stomach very bloated but no farts or burps. Feel like drinking but my mouth stays very dry and the water just passes through with no relief. Usually I go to sleep, ALWAYS on my right side and in the morning am almost always better, go to toilet and am back to normal.
