HAIR LOSS - Additional Information

I am a 24 year old male and I have been steadily losing hair over the last few years. It has been accentuated at the top over the past 2 years since I moved to the US.

My hair and scalp are always oily and I do have minor dandruff. I shampoo my hair everyday with Garnier Fructis to get rid of the oil.

I apply oil each night before sleep (Arnica Hair Oil with Jaborandi) but it seems to have no effect. I have plenty of hair on the sides and the back of the head, but am losing a lot of hair at the top. Hair at the top is really thin and weak and even some amount of oiling, brushing, wiping with a towel etc leads to many strands falling loose. (7-8 strands at a time)

Here are my answers to some questions posed on this forum:
1. Do you like sympathy/public-applause?
Yes, I do.

2. Dose your mood changes rapidly? Say, many time calm, but suddent become irritated or milancholy.
No, I never have rapid mood swings.

3. Do you like windows open for fresh air during sleep?
No, not always.

4. Do you fear ghosts, or when alone, or performing bad in public/stage etc...?
Yes.

5. Is the hair fall graduall (7-8 strands, each time you brush your hair) OR is it like a handful of hair comming out during bath etc?
Gradual.

6. Any problems with your sleep?
No.

7. Observe you scalp, dry, oily etc..., dandruff?

Oily scalp with dandruff (minor dandruff)

8. Do you have cough... nose filled with yellowish matter?
No.....but my nose is not always clear and have some yellowish matter early in the morning.

Other additional information:

I have a lot of pimples on my back (which come from time to time and leave scars). Doctors said they were due to the dandruff.

I masturbate daily and sometimes twice a day, which i enjoy.

I am 5'9 and weigh 160 pounds. I exercise often and am in good shape.

I eat well and make sure I drink a lot of water/ vegetable juices.

I had pain/bleeding during stools on 2 occassions. Once 18 months back, and 6 months back. It lasted for a week and was painful.
Ever since I have changed my diet and eat lots of vegetables, fruits etc and I do not have that problem again.
I live alone and am sometimes depressed due to homesickness.
I do think and worry .....not constantly....but sometimes.

Hair-fall has been there since I was 16. It stopped after I started applying Arnica Oil and then due to neglect has been continuing for the last 5-6 years.
Now I can see most of the scalp at the top of my head.

I wanted to know if any Homeopathy treatment will help in curtailing hair loss. I understand that lost hair cannot be restored. I just want something that will stop or retard the hair loss. Are there any side-effects to Homeopathic treatment??
