Hemopathy to take for Polymyositis?

Hello, I am new on this forum. I would like to know, what would be the right hemopathy to take for polymyositis?

You should benefit from constitutional homeopathic treatment (i.e. treatment based on all symptoms of your body including mind (nature, mood, emotion) head, face, nose, chest, muscle, legs, GI symptoms).
