The breakup last year was not as painful for me as the breakup around the age of 19.
The one last year hurt me alot because after a long time i met someone i really liked and cared for, but within a few months i started to see he was treating me badly. So broke it off with him as nicely as i could, i wished him the best and said we should not contact each other. He went crazy at me, tried to hurt me by dating girls i knew etc. I thought it was over last year when i cut all my contact with him.
1 year later i found out through another friend that he wants to get revenge. Revenge for what? because i broke up with him, because he treated me so badly. I think i was the first girl to turn this guy down. He started harrassing me this year on facebook, so i became very scared. He keeps trying to get his guy friends to 'meet' me add me on facebook and or meet me somehow in parties. I closed my account, stopped going out anywhere where i might see him.
Now if i meet any guy who likes me, i automatically wonder if this guy from 1.5 years ago is playing a joke on me or something.

Actually you might be right about the wind, because the pain moves around my back and sides constantly.
It was very cold and windy in New Jearsey when the pain first started, so its very possible.

The more i think about it, the more i think it might be trapped wind because for the past year or so, i have not been passing wind much.
That must be what is being trapped, because i thought my reason for not passing wind was a healthier diet. But now that i think about it, this diet is fairly recent where as the wind situation is over a year old

Mum says i was born around midnight, Mashad time so i dont know if that pushes me to the 24th or 26th of April.

Dificult to examine as your dates ar three. Unless you are abl;e to give me the correct date and time, the results may be wrong.
By the way do you get lot of gas which temporrily gets subsided when you eat something?

My actual birthday is the 25th of April, so i thought i was helping by mentioning it was around midnight. But you see this was midnight in irans time (with the iranian calendar), which would be during the day in most other parts of the world, so i think it was during the day on the 25th.

However last night i consumed alot of mint to see the effects, and i did start to burp more than normal, and today when i woke up, the back pain and stiffness was bout 10% better.

Your date of Birth -- Was it between 25th and 26th Night or 24th - 25th Midnight - Iran? You need not convert it. It will be done by us.
Correct date is needed. Do I bleive Midnight means after 12 night of between 2th and 26th or 24h to 25th Night.
Whatever I could get so far is that you have severe Liver and worms problem. I will suggest final remedies for you after getting the confirmation of date and time.
The other problem, I may be able to tell you after getting your correct date and time whether it was after 12 mid night or before.
In the meantime you can take the following:-

2. Cine 30 (4 pills) Three times a day

I am having trouble converting my birth date to the christian one, im looking for a tool online that will convert it. Once i find it, i will let you know.
But for the time being, i know my mum went into labour near on the 4th of Ordibehest (iranian month) and just after midnight i was born, making it the 5th of Ordibehest, 1862 (iranian/persian year).
I agree with you that i dont have most of the problems listed for a Hyoscyamus, but i read a description that these people have been hurt by past love, and no longer trust easily. I know that part to be true about me. I also read that they mentally prevented their breasts from developing, to prevent getting attention, and i think this might be true for me also.
I have already taken 2 doses of this, so i may as well finish the last dose tomorrow, as i heard homeopathy has no side affects.
However i am keen to start your remedy as i also know my liver has some wrong with it. I was born with a type of hepatitus which may have affected my liver, because when i get blood tests, the enzyme called Gamma GT in my liver is 55 when it should be 35. My doctors always ask me if i am an alcoholic or did drugs, which i have never done. I don't even like alcohol! Also the pill i was on for 10 years could have done this.
So my questions to you are:
Nux Vom - i already purchased in liquid form, can i use 4 drops of that instead or the pill?
Sulphur - i have in a 200C potency in liquid, can that be used, or should i buy the 30C pills?
The reason i ask this is because the homeopathy pharmacy only opens on certain days, so i have to wait a few days before i can buy the Cine 30 and others if needed.

You mentioned taking sulphur after a bath in the morning. The issue is i leave home early for work and i always bath at night. Should i take the sulphur at night after a bath? Or should i try to have a bath in the morning for this? I didn't know bath time makes a difference.
Cine 30 - should i buy this in pill form or liquid? and what is your definition of 1 dose? the bottles say 3-5 drops is one dose, and 1 pill is one dose. But every homeopath has their own preferences.
About my birthday, i don't think i can give you a more accurate date, because i have not been able to find a website to convert it to the hour. It looks like i fall either on the day of the 25th of April, or between the 24th to 25th.

I took the remedy for 3 days, 1 dose in the morning before breakfast. My last dose was yesterday.
Unfortunately my back did not feel any better today. I also did not notice any side effects appear like the other remedies.

(im sorry for all the questions) but i wanted to make sure, i am supposed to be taking Nux Vom every night before bed? I know its a poison, so i want to make sure i am doing this correctly.
I have taken 1 dose of Sulphur 200, and i take 2 pills of Cina 30 per day, and at night before bed i take 1 drop of Nux Vom 30.

However, what we are missing here is your unbearable pain while experimenting homeopathic constitutional remedies. Your pain could have been reduced a month ago to establish a better dialog with doctors in a much comfortable manner and not to disturb the remedies being prescribed.
You may take the following remedies for pain and other issues during the ongoing homeopathic constitutional remedies search and experiment.
1. Hypericum 200C, 4 pellets under tongue, one dose daily.
2. Arnica 200C, 4 pellets under tongue, one dose daily.
Rhus Toxicodendron as prescribed to you, a correct remedy, but, in your case Rhus Toxicodendron 200C would have been worked fine.
