Wait for some more time. Sometimes it takes a while before you notice any change. I hope you are completely avoiding any form of coffee, caffeine, camphor and strong smelling spices.

Did you take the remedy early in the morning, empty stomach?

Please note any changes positice/negative and reply back.

Hi Sheetal,

Yes I am avoiding everything that u advised me and I took the medicine empty stomach in morning.
10 days are over I havnt felt any positive or negative change..What to do next?
I have chinchona officials and Alfa alfa Q both in liquid dilution at home..Can I take these medicines to gain weight?

Sometimes it happens that the potency we chose does not bring upon any change.

Please procure Sulphur 200 and take only one wet dose in the morning, empty stomach. Dissolve 2 drops/pellets in 200 ml water and take 1 teaspoon(disposable). Report after 5 days.

Can I take the same liquid dilution sulphur that I took last time..I wont be able to find sulphur pallets or sulphur 200 last time when I purchased sulphur liquid dilution.

The one you have is Sulphur 30 and you should buy Sulphur 200. It is a very common remedy and you can find it in any homeo store.

Sulphur should always be taken after bath or take bath after two hours of taking the medicine otherwise it is msotly ineffective.
