hemorrhoids after childbirth

Hi,

I am basically suffering from postpartum hemorrhoids. I have been regular and had no issues before birth. I had a very pleasant and good child birth experience. However, right after childbirth I have been suffering from hemorrhoids and its been 19 months. My childbirth has affected my regularity and there are times where its difficult to pass stool. I also feel itchy at times. I don't think I have ever bled though, but itching is def there. I would like to heal this before I plan on second baby, since I think it might get worse after wards.

Thank you in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedies are:

Hamamelis 200 in the Wet dose taken twice daily
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

The above remedies should reduce your Hemorrhoids with the week.

Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after each of 2 meals daily will help wit the constipation you report which is the reason why your Hemorrhoids do not heal.

The burning sensation you report is the lesion caused by the hard stool when passing and it is the bacteria that are the real cause of this pain.

You can use an antiseptic ointment on the tip of a finger suitably covered by a rubber glove which you will insert inside the anus after every bowel movement to disinfect the area inside.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in some countries.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle or a large teaspoonful of the remedy is sipped as directed.

The most useful medicine in regard with this disease during pregnancy is COLLINSONIA CANADENSIS please take it in 30th potency (5 drops thrice a day)and report changes after 2 weeks.

Thank you Joe, I don't have Hamamelis, I live in Bahrain, so getting it might take some time. Is it okay if I take Arnica in the mean time?

Also, can I use neosporin ointment for the disinfection?

Dr. Mahfooz, like Joe said, I am not pregnant, this is a post pregnancy symptom.

Thanks

Yes you can use the Arnica while waiting for the Hamamelis 200c.

Remember to order the Nat Phos 6x as this will help with your bowel movement which is the real reason for your ailment today.

Neosporin ointment is the ultimate and I recommend it or Polyfax for Fistula patients on another thread on this Forum. I suggested an antiseptic ointment to you as yours was not so difficult to treat.
