Suggest me some medecine for my problems
sir,my friend have some problem. his penis is small Short time erection, he also done hand practice atleast 3 times day min 4 year's ago. at time his penis size is normal. but in this time he suffering from nightfall, samllpenis, Short time ejection, He take seleneium 200 5drops twice in daily from few days. nightfall is under control. in 15 day's. sir please advice me more effective medicine. he is 26 yrs old unmarried.
