need advice

This little questionnaire asks all the right questions for all my quarks. I have been having mild yeast infections for about 2 months. I am 30 and not sexually active with guys and I haven’t been sexually active in the past 3 months. I am thinking of doing this http://www.crohns-disease-probiotics.com/fungaldefense.html cleanse.

Also, I just learned what thrust was and think I might be experiencing that. My tongue is gray and hazy with normal tongue color dots poking through.
Before anyone asks, I do see a therapist regularly.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Recurring ladies yeast infection

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
SVT (Supraventricular tachycardia), PCOS (Polycystic ovary disease), high cholesterol, high blood pressure.

I also have extreme hirsutism (male pattern). Doctors say it’s from the PCOS; I’ve spent thousands on hair removal and have had no luck. I did two years of very consistent laser hair removal with no results.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Somber or down

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Annoyed or angry

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I drink more milk then most (2%); I just love it. I went on a protein shake diet and cut out dairy and replaced with soy milk. I used soy milk in the protein shakes, so I consumed a lot of soy milk for about a month.
When my first cycle stared while drinking the soy milk, I developed a bacterial infection. It was very bad and at times pain taking my breath away. It didn’t ‘itch’, but it burned very bad. The majority of the burning was around the vagina. At times it felt like a hundred paper cuts. My area was extremely red, swollen and warm to the touch. It felt like fire just to rinse it with water and use the restroom. I used baby wipes to wipe with and that burned, but was better than TP. My cycle lasted about 10 days (not normal) and the pain started to go away as my cycle ended. I went to the doctor a total of three times (two different doctors) during the ordeal. The first two times, I was bleeding so heavy they couldn’t swab, but started me on antibiotics anyway. The last time I went they swabbed (the day my cycle ended); didn’t find any Yeast or STD. One doctor said it was BV and another doctor said it can’t be BV, but he doesn’t know what it is. I ran a low fever through the entire process and test showed a high white blood cell count in my discharge. I ran a fever for a week after the infection was completely gone.
Well after all that I’ve had this recurring yeast infection. I wouldn’t call it a full yeast infection; it feels like the beginning stages of a yeast infection ALL THE TIME.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
No special time, pretty constant.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Nothing really aggravates it. Sometimes I take two showers a day just to rinse and stay on top of it. I think if I didn’t it would develop into a full infection. I have used summers eve feminine wash for about 10 years.

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
I think it started with the soy milk fest. I think it suddenly stopping the regular milk and a large soy milk intake threw off my body’s PH. I can’t seem to get back to normal. I’ve been eating yogurt regularly for a month.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Well, I live in a sub tropic region and it’s been really hot and humid this summer. Since the problem has developed in the past few months, I really haven’t experienced cold weather.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am paranoid but, generally happy and talkative.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? Reserved or introverted
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? No
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? VERY VERY (my entire life)
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
I have a few little OCD things… twitching nose, not letting my pinky finger touch my ring finger on my right hand.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I am single and really ok with it. I enjoy time alone more than most, but I am also very social at the same time. I have to have a balance of both to feel good. I am close to my friends, but tend to be really close to one or two and then just social with others. Family is good.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
OH boy. I dream that people are attacking me, watching me, lunging at me or looking at me. Sometimes I am scared and sometimes I am ok with the attack. I’ve learned that acknowledging the attacker helps, so I’ll say ‘I see you’ or ‘I know you are there, but it’s ok’ or ‘you can just stay there while I sleep’.
I fear people leaving me or hurting me or not liking me.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I crave chips (salt) and salsa, fried food and sometimes sweets. I don’t like cilantro, uncooked onions, meat with blood, fishy things. I don’t consume a lot of red meat.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessive. Always been and I drink a lot of water. If I don’t drink a lot of water, I get headaches.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessive in the past few months (even when take adderoll and phentermine)

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Cilantro or raw onions. I don’t like the texture of the raw onions, but I can eat WELL cook onions or onion rings.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
More than most – head. I sweat a lot on my cheeks and in my hair.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Normal unless I eat fried foods.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Bad. I wake up during the night or can’t fall asleep. I take melatonin every night to sleep. I’ve done sleep studies that show mild sleep apnea.
I have vivid dreams; sometimes good and sometimes bad. I sleep walk and sleep talk and sleep yell. Two nights ago I woke up without my pillow. I found it the next morning sitting across the room on a bench with the pillow case folded on top of it. A few weeks ago I woke up missing my PJ’s and found them shoved in the pillow case. I’ve also ripped things off the wall. I’ve woke up standing somewhere in the house and know I’ve been standing there a long time because of the way my feet feel. I normally continue a dream even after waking up; this is fun in good dreams and horrible in bad dreams. If I need to break a bad dream night, I stay away for a bit and distract myself with TV, a book, internet, walking in the back yard, water on face or work. Sometimes it works.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
No. I am also very dry all the time, even with arousal. I think this is why I never see discharge like other people. I really wish there was something to help this; it makes intercourse difficult and not pleasurable. Plus, people think I am not turned on.

20. What peculiar or strange sensation do you have in any part of your body at times? Do you sometimes feel ‘ as if…..’ in some part of the body?
My pinky feels numb a lot of the time.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I take toporal XL, 25 mg a day for SVT and HBP. I’ve taken it for 10 years with no problems.
I take birth control to have a regular cycle (if I didn’t take the birth control I wouldn’t have a cycle at all). I’ve had two ovarian cysts removed that didn’t have to do with the PCOS (per the doctors). I’ve taken it for 10 years with no problems.
Adderall – to help focus with graduate school and appetite.
I also take Zoloft (50 mg) and melatonin at night for the sleep problems.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
MVP (heart), skin cancer, OCD

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
5’3”, very blue eyes, big smile, brown-blond hair, pale, always on the chubby side, but I’m cute!
OK, this is odd… but I have black ridges on my thumbnails. Sometimes I have big dents; like my thumb was closed in a door. I’ve had them since I was a kid. Doctors (including dermatologist) don’t know why. I think it is because I don’t have cuticles on my thumb nails and the nail doesn’t know how to grow.

24. (ONLY FOR FEMALES)

If you are not having normal menstrual cycles, please answer the following questions:

- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods? PMS before cycle (angry and short tempered).
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive? I always thought my flow was normal, but when I went to the doctor while on my cycle, she said it was extremely heavy. It varies from month to month, sometimes very light, sometimes very heavy.
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery? Sometimes black, sometimes bright red.
- Do you notice any clots in the flow? Yes.
