7 year old acne n age old constipation

i m 20 yrs old female frm karachi pakistan where d climate is usually very hot. i hv had constipation since birth n used to hv difficulty in releasing gas 2.i cud only eat small bits in long hrs difference. actually my mother had similar problms during pregnancy n she also remained tense alot i had my periods started at the age of 10. i hv had jhondise twice at 9 n 17 years of age i hv been diagnosed minor galstones at age 14 i hv also had typhoid twice at 11 n 15 years of age. untill b4 second jhondise i cudnt digest any thng heavy or not home made at all. after second jhondise i was gvn lycopodium 1000 twice in successive months. after tht i can eat well my stomach doesnt feel heavy and i do not hv diffiiculty in releasing gas but the minor acne whch i had since 13 years of age flared up huge puss filled thngs started appearing on my face initialy they used to get swollen easily n then burst but wid time they hv stopped swelling easily thr came a time whn a tumor kind of thng started 2 remain permanently on my cheeks n at times on chin i took anti biotics 4 six months whch in d end turned out to clear my skin but as soon as i stopped taking thm the condition reappeared n much worse thn b4.4 months back i saw a homeopathic practitioner who gave me silicia 6x n heaper sulf also 4 some time but i dont knw in whch power she has gvn some other medicines to eat in tablet form 4 acne as well as constipation but doesnt tell thr name.
now my face remains red whole time skin keeps peeling off all d time 2 i.e its very dry. some times white heads appear on my pimples the scars r as always hoppible, d tumor is only a little better. as 4 constipation i still dont go more thn 2 to 3 times a week n whn i do d smell is horrible initially d stool passes wid immense pain n thn comparitively wid ease. in d end i m not still satisfied. feaces cum out as huge pieces whch keep floating.my constipations picture has alwayas been d same even though i m now taking homeo medicine 4 atleast 4 times aday i dont knw d name.
my mental conditions include day dreaming, decrese in concentration whch started happening a few months ago.forgetfulness, whn i wake up frm several hrs of sleep i still feel tired, i start crying whn i m angry, m not stubborn, hav a craving 4 sweets n biscuits, eat pulses n vegetables alot but not much fruit, meat attleast twice a week. i cant express my feelings very well. i m becoming more n more lazy previously i used 2 b a brilliant student now im hardly avg it takes much more time 4 me to do same thngs whch others wud do in short while please help i m sick of my ailments
