Acne, night-sweats
Hi, I read so much here and I do have a mess in my head. Could anybody help me.I am woman, 30 y.o.,
problem skin, acne, since I was 13, mostly near nose, pimples on forehead, black pores on chin. On my back and chest is very little. Getting worse closer to my period. Skin oily on a forehead, nose, chin and dry on cheeks. I don't sleep well, night-sweats, I am not a calm person, worry a lot about my family. I do prefer warm, then cold, but I really like to be outside and I do like fresh air. My feet is cold most of the time. Fair skin, blonde hair, very slim.

Arnica 6c in the Wet dose is your remedy taken twice daily. You can also apply the remedy water directly on the lesions as often as possible with your finger tips as this accelerates healing.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.

Thank you for an answer. Is arnica can help with my acne also? I read a lot here about Sulphur, Silica and Hepar sulph helping with acne. Should I take any of it? Thank you

I have already prescribed Arnica 6c for Acne and it is up to you to use it or to reject it.
If you do use it you cannot use other remedies as they can render Arnica ineffective.
