Please help.

1. Describe your main suffering?
The one I am concerned about is I am always feeling tired. I sleep 10 hours and can sleep more, but still feel tired and sluggish during the day.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
I have a back problem L4 and L5 bulge, an inflammation of left knee Pes Anserinus Bursitis. I am suffering from post partum hemorrhoids, and from corns on both feet.


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Exhaustion, forgetfulness, mentally drained.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I have been a night owl since I was in my teens. I would always sleep late, and if I could wake up late. Was really creative in the night and more energetic as well. However, past few months, feel tired in the night as well and can't do anything during day or night.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Few hours after waking up, and evening.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

I am really not sure.


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
No, don't think so. But read somewhere that it can be due to a disorder known as delayed sleep phase syndrome.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Cooler weather with brightness.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am very strong minded, opinionated, stubborn, sensitive, loud, lazy, creative, always wanting to do something but never get around to doing it.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Not sure, but can get startled at the loud noise, but get used to it.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Initially, I like to be left alone, but love feeling pampered and taken care of.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
I can be to noise, if I have a headache, but not particularily.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
No

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?


12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal, and can become excessive when bored.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
no

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal, limbs

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Before baby was regular, after birth, as become not as much. But, it is becoming regular. Mostly soft and sinks.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Don't fall asleep right away, toss and turn a lot in the night. no

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?


22. What major diseases are running in your family?

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
Im 5'1 56 KG wide bone structure.
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.Report

Only major one now is my back problem, which has become a major issue in my activity and being able to do house chores normally.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to mention, that I am also worried about vaginal discharge. My menses are fine, and regular. However, in between I get a lot of whitish, mucous like discharge, and on few days its quite thick and frequent.
