I want to increase my height - Due to some reasons it stopped plz help

hi ,

Myself Marshal here and hello to all members of ABCHomeopathy.

I am 21 years and 8 months old. My height stopped when i was 16.

I am currently 5.10 and from the age 16 my height has been stopped.

Some reasons behind it ' as i think '

1. Wake up at night and sleep in day period fom my age 17.

2. At 16 i met with an accident which results in breakage of my knee ligaments.

As doctors gave me 3 months bed rest with 3 years strict warning of not to doing any kind of dance / heavy exercise etc.

Now as my Dad height is still 2 inch more than me , and all friends are above 6.

I also want to increase my height. i need to know few questions.

As per my reaserch , doctors claim that height can be increased if it is stopped by anymeans as well with proper diet with exercise it can be incrased. But i need to know that can my height be increased ?

which Homeopathy medicine to take ? heightx ? etc

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do you believe that your height is the result of a disease?

If not, no medicine in the world will help you.

5'10' is a healthy height. There is no disease or dysfunction to be cured here. We all are defined by certain genetic characteristics that do not hamper our survival in any way.

Men stop growing between 18-21 years old. IF there was a disease stunting your growth, it would have had to be addressed long before your current age. However you have not provided any history of a disease that could be responsible.

Homoeopathy is not a system of tonics and snake oils. All we can ever do, is restore the sick to health. If you are not sick, then homoeopathy can do nothing for you.

Well actually its not disease , it was an accident and as far i believe due to this my height stop growing.

5.10 is good if your friends are not above 6 and your family members as well.

I have seen many cases where by exercise people are able to increase there height in the age of 28 as well.

should i go for HEIGHTEX ?

Homoeopathic medicines can only cure disease, they cannot make you taller. So nothing we have is going to help you.

I wasn't implying that there was no way to do what you need, only that homoeopathy is not the way to do it.

Heightex is a combination remedy which *might* help children who are not growing properly, due to a disease or poor assimilation of nutrients.It is not chosen on the basis of the actual problem for a child so its likelihood of actually curing them is low. For the most part this is yet another marketing ploy designed to cash in on homoeopathy's reputation for a quick buck.

Homoeopathy has limitations, it can only stimulate natural cure of disease. There is no magic involved. Unless you have a disease, it cannot cure it. There is no way around this simple logic. To make yourself taller you would have to look outside of nature, into either orthodox drugs or the use of machines and devices.

as per my night routine , i take very less nutritions , vitamins etc

so can i take heightx ? for that though it doesn't have any sideeffect ?

It is not going to help you. And yes there are often side-effects from medicines that are taken when they are not the right ones for you.

I can only give you my professional opinion. Whether you listen to it is entirely up to you.

i have a question that why people / doc says homeopathy doesn't have any sideeffect ??

Only people who are inexperienced with homoeopathy say that - or people who are only interested in getting business over being truthful to their clients.

Our side effects are not anywhere near as dangerous as orthodox medicine, but they still exist. You will see people on these forums every day commenting on the bad effects of some homoeopathic medicine or other.

Side effects occur in homoeopathy when the medicine is either not chosen carefully enough (is not being given for homoeopathic reasons), or it is given too often or in too large amounts.

If a practitioner knows what they are doing, if they are careful and respectful of the power of our medicines, then most people will respond favorably with very few unwanted effects (if any).

5 ft 10 inches is not at all less height. You can't grow further. Period.

As I said, my professional opinion is that taking a remedy for something that is not a disease, where there is no cure available, will either do nothing (harming the reputation of homoeopathy) or create side effects (proving symptoms). Hopefully I have discussed it with you enough to at least save the repuation, if not help you avoid side effects.

One of the things that Hahnemann stressed in the Organon of Medicine, was that to be a true healer, you must know what is to be cured in disease.

If your Dad is taller then you and all friends are 6.2 + then 5.10 is not good height

i could not understnad 1 question , my height is stopped due to lack of nutrition and my bad sleeping timings. i am not talking about side effects n all .. I want to know that by doing exercise now the proper exercise Can i have 1 - 2 inch add in my height ?

Hello There,

My name is Inder. my height is 5.6 almost. I got a fracture in right leg's thai then i got operation and rode over there. Doc gave me option to remove my rode after one year.. but i didn't get the chance. after 3 yrs when i got remove my rode from my thai.. till the i got some effect of height of my both legs.. after removing my rode from my leg i saw in my x-ray report that there is my bones joint is bigger than normal and have some round shape.. i think this stop my height growth..
So I just want to know that is there anything which i can use to get proper shape of my bone and may be it can growth again.. I reached some doc from homeopathic and alopathics... most of them say that yes it possible but i don't think so that i can believe them very easily .. so asking here ... that is it possible to improve my leg or joint something.
