If you feel good mentally, and very relaxed then the remedy is probably doing you much good.

Lethargy and insomnia are both symptoms that would indicate Carc. If they've gotten worse after taking the Carc. tell your homeopath.

Those symptoms are going to take some time to be removed.

If you feel a general improvement after the Carc., then that's a good sign that it is working.
