This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It will only help if Lycopodium suits the individual characteristics of your case. This is done by looking at the whole case, and by defining each symptom very precisely (when it happens, how it happens, why it happens, what exactly happens etc).
Many remedies could cure those conditions. Which remedy might cure yours is not able to be determined just by stating you have those conditions. This is one of the main ways in which homoeopathy and orthodox medicine do not agree.
Lycopodium erectile dysfunction is different to Selenium ED which is different to Sepia ED (and so on).
One possible way of determining which remedy is looking at the state the patient has around the ED. Lycopodium typically suffers from 'stage fright'. Selenium is drained by loss of semen and finds it hard to get further erections. Sepia finds the emotional connection in sex too draining.
