Constipation, Acidity, Heart burn, mouth ulcer frequently
Dear Doctor,I am 48 yrs. I am working in a private office. I am suffering from long time with Constipation, Acidity, Heart burn, mouth ulcer frequently. I can't eat properly though my apitite is good frequently go for urinate. stomach not get cleared. these are my major problems. Before that I use to take allpathy medicines. so many becomplex tab and other several medicines antibiotics for mouth ulcer now it comes every week.
last year one of my uncle who suggested me some of hoemeopathy medicine like kali mur, alunima, natrum mur but no improvement. This my uncle is now no more And Other day I was searching on the internet I found this site where I read about all these ailment. Now I writing to you I m still suffer from mouth ulcer on tongue and on my left die of lips, some time gas problem in the stomach. Doctor I am pure vegetarian I do not eat sea food and meat and chiken, One docter told me due defficinecy of vitamin B12 it happening.
I think my story is too long Docter Please sugges me some good hoemopathy medicine for constipation, mouth ulcer, stomach gar proble, acidity, heart burn, somein mid night I get up from deep sleep due to heart burn I drink water and some some little sweet etc.
Doctor Please advice some homeopathy medicine.

Please take Nux Vomica 200c in the morning and evening for few days and report back.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks for reply to me, I am using Nux Vomica 200 from last 15 days as per your suggestion, Some very little relief to me, I am not satisfied becoz my stomach is not getting clear, and mouth ulcer again in the mouth gums, Sometime headache specially left side on head and vomite, little gas problem solved. For stomach tell me how to clear everyday.

Dr. Kudwa, Thanks, Now days I m using Chionanthus 6c, Sir, Some improvement but all problem are there, headache twice in a week. before it was once in a month, I replced my glasses too.

Dr. Kudwa, you know my past history, see my previous post, at present i m still facing same problem, from January to till today i have not had food properly due tongue ulcer and specially in the night I can't sleep due heart burn, acidity, stomach problem is less i do drink more water, is there deficincy of any vitamins ? I m pure vegitarian, suggest some suppliment food, medicine for these problems. thanks.
