The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Joe, need your help again.

I don't know where to turn. We got new berber carpet and my cat keeps snagging her nails on it. I think she gota real good snag though and either hurt a nerve, pulled a ligament, or disloaceted her toe. It hurts her in her 'forearm' area though, not the actual claw. It's really hard for her to walk on it and it's limp. We're about four days into this now. It's her back righ 'forearm' that is bothering her. It makes her ornery when I touch it, but she like to be held and pet still. She still purrs. Still eating, though not as much. Still drinking though not as much. I gave her reiki this afternoon as well as a wetdose of arnica and belladonna, thinking it may help repair things and reduce any swelling, though there's not much from what I can tell.

Any other ideas? I just dosed her at which point she went promptly to sleep within moments and looked much more relaxed, though her leg still bothers her.

I could really use your help. I know this may sound less important because she's a pet and not a person, but I got her when a man found her at three weeks old and was going to throw her in the dumpster because he didn't want kittens. She was taken from her mom too early and I made a vow 12 years ago to her that I would take care of her, so this is very important to me.

Thank you in advance for ANY suggestions you may have.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Continue with the Arnica 30c in the Wet dose which you can give her 3 times daily in a teaspoonful as the dose which you can drip into her mouth by opening her cheek.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.

May I ask how long I should expect results to take?

This morning, she was significantly better than last night. I kept having to move her back to her bed, she was still limping, but yesterday she didn't feel like doing anything, so there is some improvement.

It is difficult for me to answer your question and give you a time frame for a cure as requested by you.

You have already found that she is significantly better than she was yesterday and we can only hope that her progress will continue.

Continue with the therapy prescribed.
