Feet and Lower Leg Itching!!!

Hi,

For the last three or four months, I'm having a lot of itching on my feet and lower legs. When I itch my skin easily bleeds. There is no redness but lots of scabs have formed and it itches badly especially at night. When I scratch it, a clear, watery fluid (slightly sticky) comes out. Since the last month my feet have also become very very dry. The skin on the rest of my body is fine. Also when I bruise myself, that spot gets very itchy. Please help.
