Thiosinaminum and Macular Pucker/Scar tissue removal instead of vitrectomy

Hi I've been diagnosed with a rare eye disease FEVR Familial Exudative Vitreo Retinopathy very similar to wet AMD and diabetic retinopathy. I have leaking blood vessels, which I'm to have lasered, also a vitrectomy which shall suck out white jelly in my eye peel away scar tissue over macula 'used for central vision'. This causes horrendous blurriness in one eye distortion and also straight lines are wavy. I was wondering if Thiosinaminum would reduce this in my right eye. I assume taken orally thanks very much in advance.
