Homeopathy and Health Forum
I am a male 32 years old. I am a patient of migraine for last 12 years. It started at the age of 21 and kept on increasing by every passing year. In 2004 I became almost disabled with the pain. I started homeopathy treatment by a homeopath in 2006 and its been 5 years I am taking medicines from him. His medicines cured me in 5 years time. Around 4 months before I got 100% cured from my headaches and I stopped taking the medicines.
Now after 4 months the headache is reoccurring. Now I really donít want to get back to that Doctor as I spent a fortune for medicines over 5 years and donít want to spend again for rest of my life.
My symptoms are
1) pain in left temple accompanied by high frequency pains which comes in pulses periodically.
2) The intensity of pain and frequency both keeps on increasing.
3) Vomiting and nauseating feeling as the pain increases.
4) It aggravates with artificial lights.
5) I have pain and stiffness in left shoulder, arm and nerves at left side which also increases with headache.
6) I feel extremely week after severe headaches. Especially when I get up after sleep.
7) the pain is constant all the time which fluctuates from low to high level and accompanied by high frequency periodic pains pulses.
Can someone please suggest me the correct medication with dosage which can cure me much quicker than 5 years time.

5 years to cure a migraine?!? And then it returns after 4 months of stopping treatment??
This is not cure. Clearly this homoeopath was only palliating the symptoms. Were you taking medications continuously all that time?
♥ brisbanehomoeopath 7 years agoYeh, I took the medication since 2006 till mid of 2010. i dont know the names of the medicines. But there were three different types in form of white tablets
1) I used to take after every thrity days.
2) I used to take thrice a day every day except the day I used to take medicine-1
3) I used to take occaisionaly in case of extreme pain. This one helps me to get rid of pain in 15-20 mins.
wasifnagi 7 years agoYes the homoeopath was not attempting to cure you. He was hiding the symptoms by constant dosing of palliative remedies. This is a great shame considering the time and money you have invested.
Migraines can be cured with homoeopathy, usually within 6 months to a year if the practitioner knows what he or she is doing.

Hmmmm... True this is what I believe e too. Can you please suggest medication for me? I am based in UK. Previously I was in Pakistan and was getting my treatment from there.
If you need any information regarding symptoms, please do let me know.
wasifnagi 7 years agoCan you expand further in the following ways?
Describe the exact quality of the pain. If there are several types of pain describe each on in great detail.
Describe the intensity of the pain. Give it a score out of 10. How bad is the pain, compare it to other pains you have felt. Compare it to other people's description of their pain.
If I wanted to imagine the same pain, what would have to happen to me? What would I have to do to myself, or have done to me?
Describe the stiffness in greater detail.
Describe the weakness in great detail.
Describe the pulsing in great detail.
I must be able to try and put myself in your shoes. How can I imagine what you go through, what you are going through?
How did the headaches start? What was happening at the time? Did anything happen to trigger them?
What else is going on in your health? Any other problems? Is pain a problem in any other way, or has it ever been?
Describe your sleep.
Describe your dreams - do you have, or have ever had, reoccurring dreams? Are there any images or patterns to your dreams?
How do you manage your illness? How do you cope with it? What is your attitude to it?
