Hi funky,
Please start taking Natrum Phos 6X, 4 tablets after each meal, 3 times a day, for 1 week.
Also, one daily dose of Alfalfa 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, for 10 days.

dear dr. nawaz,
now its 2 weeks since i am taking alfalfa 200, i am feeling better mentally and physicaly, but very slight change in breast size. my constipation problem is still there ,reduction in hair fall. please tell me what is next? i want to increase my breast with overall health improvement. two years back i took sabel serr 30 , 40 drops per day .it did had a good effect but i somehow was diagonosed by thyroxid problem so i stopped using it. would you suggest me using it again. i read in some other forum about sabel CM which i have already bought and was also using it for 2 two weeks before talking to you but then i stopped it. now you tell me whats next?

no i took natrum phos 6x for just one week as suggested by you along with alfafa 200c for 10 days and i felt reduction in my weight , my fingers getting thin too.
then you suggested alfalfa 200c for 2 weeks.

I am Konika.I am 25 years old.My wight is 48kg.Hight is 5.2 inch.My breast is too small.It's 30 inch.

no issues since i have started taking medicine. i am very glad to notice a little improvement physically, i am relaxed mentally.i feel less hair fall too.
i am continuing my medicine till you tell me to stop or change. wish me luck.
