very snesitive to nat. mur.

Hi,
every time i thae nat mur 6x or nat mur 30 c, i wake up with a hammering headache that remains there all day and then subsides. i think this is a constitutional remedy for me but i dont know the correct dosage. Can somebody help me ?

basically, i have dark rings around my eues and my skin feels dry especially of the soles which i desire to rub against the ground to generate heat. i also desire some sweat to feel energized. I 'am a male 30 years old. My chin muscles become loose after ejaculation and i feel it is beacuse i have taken excesive salt all my life. I 'am quite heavy and broadly built (lot of bone weight).
