i have read all posts of your case mr.Zahur.
well, as a professional homeopath, I suggest Blumea odorata-Q for your bleeding, ten to fifteen drops thrice daily.This is the 100 percent sure prescription in my daily practice.
and for the cut you have in anus, Nitric acid 1m one dose daily for 4 days along with myristica sebeferia 200 and calendula 200 twice daily for 4 days for pus.
I am sure u will be ok with my prescription, as Usual GHISSI PITTI remedies will not cure.I have large number of cases cured.

Dear Mr.Nawaz, Thanks for your response. I have not been taking any other Homeopathic or Alleopathic medicine during all the treatment. Even I take care in my diet and not taking red pepper. Blood is sometime more in quantity, cannot say exact drops but does well soaked the soft tissue paper. Another time I see pus yellowish in colour with minor stint of blood. Pus is thin as it stains all the two/three layers of the tissue paper placed under. I have to change the tissue atleast twice or thrice in a day. In case of wind problem the seepage is comparatively more or excessive. With all this I feel well with no mentionable ailment or fatigue, etc. Alhamdolillah I feel myself quite fit otherwise though running in my 75.
Bundle of thanks Dr. Nabeel Irfan for your evincing keen interest in my case. May Allah keep your flag flying! I being under Mr. Nawazs treatment for a long time and it is more appropriate and in the fitness of things to have his comments before reverting to your suggested treatment.

His interest in your case is greatly appreciated, but, his approach and degrading beautiful homoeopathic remedies calling them 'as Usual GHISSI PITTI remedies' is not right.
One of the remedy Nitric Acid that was already taken by you and he is also suggesting Nitric Acid to you, then, his statement 'as Usual GHISSI PITTI remedies'

Where is the professionalism? Is this the way to help by saying that you have been given Ghissi Pitti remedies. Only a Ghissa Pitta doctor will say this about these remdies.
He is suggesting 3 remedies Nitric Acid 1M daily for 4 days, Myristica Seb, 200C and Calendula 200c twice daily for 4 days is certainly not homoeopathic at all. As a single remedy is prescribed at a time by the professional homoeopaths. This could kill someone at the age of 75. This is a Khitchri prescription that never works and the fellow who is suggesting does not know what he is doing?

i am suffering from stomach burning and gastric pains .whenever i eat meal containing exsseve chillies like meat or vegetables etc, stong burning is felt in stomach like fire, and that day i have nightfall (nocturnal emmission) too.

Blumea Odorata Q is an Indian Herb, I have never used it. I cannot confirm his claim???
Please be careful from these trouble makers. He has no right to confuse you and indulge in your treatment in such unprofessional manner.
I will inshallah suggest a remedy soon. But, please remember as a devote muslim that the cure will only come from Allah SWT not from any remedy or from a professional homoeopath.

Inshallah, the bleeding and pus will stop.
Please use desi ghee and a little more turmeric in your cooked foods.

Let's not confuse patients already receiving treatments. Mr. Zahur's case is a chronic case more than 50 years. He is a retired police officer with a S. P. rank and the remedies were suggested to deal with his changing symptoms. His condition is much much better than before and inshallah the remaining problems will be handled too.
