anal fistula
i am male.i leave in nigeria.i have been suffering from anal fistula since oct|2009.the doctors say i could have a reoccurence if i undergo surgery.i also dont have any homeopatic hospital in nigeria to go to for consultation and drug purchase.please help.munplugged on 2010-12-03

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

If you are not having normal menstrual cycles, please answer the following questions:
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?

1.i feel pain around the fistula near my anus when i sit on hard surfaces.
2. abdominal pain around my lower right side.
3.anxiety,worry(will this ever leave me alone?)
4.physical and mental discomfort.
5.it started around october last year.my wife inserted her nails into my anus.her nails cut me.
6.anytime of the day
7.constipation aggrevates it.and taking a herbal drug called LAXING(made from senna) which helps clear my bowel ameliorates it.
8.basically...constipation.that is why i thought i had pile initially.until i saw the doctor.
9.when it fills with blood and pus...the pain and discomfort dont care about the weather.
10.i am changeable.a bit easily offended but learnt to control myself with age.
11.before or during a thunderstorm am relaxed.
12.i love been consoled during my tough times.
13.i cant sleep with the lights on.i cant stand bad odour.i avoid noisy areas.
14.i bite my nails occasionally(am kicking the habit by growing nails).talk to myself sometimes.
15. i dont trust most of my friends.i totally love and adore my wife and children.
16. i fear failure...not being able to fend for me and my family financially.i just dream all sorts of scary dreams recently.
17.i crave for fried plantain,creamy beverage and pounded casava called 'AKPU'(i dont take this anymore because it aggravates the pus and blood).i dont like very bitter food.
18. my taste is normal.
19. my hunger is normal.
20. my body cant stand pounded casava called 'AKPU' anymore.
21. normal sweat.
22. i control my bowel movement to avoid constipation by taking BITTERS.
23. i dont sleep well anymore.i sleep facedown.
24. nope.i have a problem getting an erection since this problem started.
25. i dont know.am like every other man in the world i guess.all men are equal.
26. i have been using BITTERS,GARLIC in capsule form,SLIPPERY ELM,and inserting ordinary pennisilin(i was adviced to use POLYMIXIN based ointment but i coulded get it in nigeria) into my anus to reduce infection.it has helped reduce the swell.but i just want it gone.
27. hypertension is the major one.
28. i am 5.7feet tall.i am slim but not skinny(some muscles here and there).when my wife is not looking ladies slip me their number and say am handsome(off course i show her the numbers...hahaha).

Hi there in Nigeria,
How is it going? Please take the following remedies.
1. Nux Vomica 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, one dose daily, at least 45 minutes after dinner, before going to bed, for 3 days only.
2. Nitricum Acidum 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, one dose daily, one hour after breakfast, for 3 days only.
3. Calendula Officinalis Q, 10 drops in 1 ounce of warm water, wash the area after each BM, For External Use Only.
Note:
1. Take your remedy dose at least 1 hour before OR 1 hour after your meal.
2. Avoid coffee and other sources of caffeine.
3. Avoid raw onions, wine and liquor.
4. Avoid spicy foods.
5. Avoid strong perfumes.
6. Never touch remedy pills with your hands.
Tip 4 pills into the cap of the container they came in
And place the pills under your tongue unless otherwise directed.
7. If the remedy is in liquid form, then, pour 4 drops of the remedy into 2 sips of
water using a small cup unless otherwise directed?
8. Avoid herbal supplements unless recommended by your Doctor.

Sorry to know this, but, how may I help you? I am only on the forum to help patients suggesting the remedies only. I do not own ABC or an employee of ABC. If ABC does not ship to your country, then, nothing we can do? Therefore, you must explore getting the remedies from India, Pakistan and Germany. Please talk to some health store guys in your area.
