You may start him on Berberis Vulgaris Q immediately, 7 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times a day, for 1 week. He is going to need this remedy anyway.
He is going to need other remedies depending upon his peculiar symptoms.

For your Chacho, let him continue on Berberis Vulgaris Q as suggested before. In addition, I would like him to start on Cardus Marians Q, 5 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 1 week initially.
Please report progress in 3 days. I would like to know his response.
Thanks God Mr. Zahur has gone from Sycotic to Syphilitic Miasm now, a sign of cure. Now you need to get him Merc. Sol. 200C ASAP, but, if there is a nausea issue (Dil Katcha Packa hona), otherwise Calc Sulph 200C one dose only. I am very happy for brother Zahur.
For your uncle Majid when he returns from business trip, please have him 3 doses of Cantharis 30C only in one day. He must not take any other medication that day.

Shukar Alhamdulillah I have been blessed with a large family and telling you or anyone else must never be any objection. As we are what we are, thanks to my creator I have spent my whole life like an open book. I hope and pray I should spend my remaining life as a true human being. Well, you have additional 4 sisters that have been happily married. With the grace of Almighty God, I have been blessed with 10 grand children now. They are so loving and beautiful, Shukar Alhamdulillah.
I have been blessed with 2 sons, the younger ones, one is 23 and one is 21. They are just starting their careers, one is Pilot Instructor now as he graduated seven months back from on of the world top universties in aeronautical science. He is also taking his masters degree program. He is a Choudhry type.
The younger one is doing his B. S. in computer science, a well disciplined and genius like you. He also works on a and off.
I don't have a clinic here in Atlanta. What are you talking about? But, in Pakistan we have a doctor with a free clinic for the poor and needy.

My most respectable Uncle,
All my prayers are for you and cherish the same feelings for my loving sisters and you all.
We are now passing through an arena of developing diseases different in their characters carrying different symptoms unable to be understood by novice practitioners. Main problem I have observed the adamant disposition of the Doctors who, by dint of hard work or by long experience have found the remedy of the particular disease but do not find it appropriate to share the same with others. This is the main cause, I believe, that we still find ourselves far behind in the field. I feel we must inculcate in ourselves to disseminate what we have discovered with great labour so that the new entrant starts ahead of what he has learnt. Oh, I went away. Excuse me(Zuban Meri Buhat Chalti Hay :-) ).

One must have a passion for homoeopathy to be successful. Homoeopathy is an art and ibadah, one must enjoy this complex work. It is indeed more difficult than computer science. As I've been a computer software professional, Shukar Alhamdulillah, I don't use any software for remedy selection. This is the blessings and mercies of Allah Subhana wa Taa'ala.
You see, Rida baitee Rani, you must always stay on the top of things to be successful. This will require a lot of hardwork, dedication and patience.

This is in reference to my uncle Mr. Majid who was away has come. Briefly the history goes like as under:-
Previous medicine being taken for the last 10 days. are: Arnica 6C and Arsenic 30C but no improvement occurred.
However, burning in esophagus Burning became acute is esophagus (Khurak ki nali). He feels as the matter came up from stomach and caused burning in the esophagus and he felt quite uneasy. The burning felt more acute if he lay down and due to this burning he feels difficult to sleep.

This is in reference to my uncle Mr. Majid who was away has come. Briefly the history goes like as under:-
Previous medicine being taken for the last 10 days. are: Arnica 6C and Arsenic 30C but no improvement occurred.
However, burning in esophagus Burning became acute is esophagus (Khurak ki nali). He feels as the matter came up from stomach and caused burning in the esophagus and he felt quite uneasy. The burning felt more acute if he lay down and due to this burning he feels difficult to sleep.
