Head Injury- Plz suggest good homeopathy

I am 31 year old and yesterday while walking out of a door,my top5 inch radius scalp was hit by a steel rod fixed horizontally on a door frame, and it pained a lot that time for a minute and a mild pain with a swelling and feeling heavy, uneasy and tender and pain till today, there was no hairline crack or bleeding, but the pain was on top of the head yesterday and now shifter to top and top left of the brain , can you suggest me the remedy that can heal and fasten the healing process of head injury, I read Arnica is a good remedy, if it suits me what potency should i take and how often and if other remedies are recommended plz suggest me the same. I can't sit for the questionairre for long and give details of that since I cant sit long on computer, so do sugges me remedies that are general and specific for the above problem.

Please take Nat.Sulph-6x (4 tablets per dose after every three hours)and take Arnica-200 single dose alternate day. report after one week.

Thanks dr Mahfooz, will take them soon but my question is will they relieve the pain from the root or act only as a painkiller?
