Lump under my armpit

hi, i m 25 years old female, i have this lump under my armpit on my right arm only, which is been there since last nearlt 10-12 years. it doesn't pain.i have never shown this to any doctor and dont know what is it.

Please recommend which specialist doctor i should visit and what steps i should taken.
