I note that both you and your husband suffer from GERD and he suffers from Diabetes and Asthma which can be considered is due to his GERD.
I do not know if you have children and if you do the chances of their inheriting both ailments sooner or later is high and if you give them Arnica 6c in the Wet dose just once daily the chances are good that they may not inherit this disease. You may like to know that I have a patient whose parents are both Type I Diabetics and he inherited this ailment at around 25 years of age. He has been taking Arnica 6c for the last 8 years twice daily and reported that his Insulin demand was reduced by 33% as soon as he took the Arnica. He started his children who are now teenagers about 5 years ago on Arnica taken nightly and they do not show any signs of Diabetes so far.
It is possible that Diabetes and Cholesterol and GERD and Asthma are connected in some way and it would be interesting to observe if my therapy can help all these ailments.
At age 82 I am a living example of the good that Arnica can do to a person who has taken it for the last 16 years nightly. My BP is 120/80, Pulse 65. Cholesterol and Triglycerides normal and what is most important is that my zest for life has remained at the same levels I enjoyed for the last 50 years, thanks be to God.
I would recommend that you and your family take Arnica 6c as prescribed with the children taking just one dose nightly.

I have 5 years old son. He is healthy. but will have cough when ever he eats colored foods, chocolates ,sweets. Actually it was less comparing to now .but now he is having cough max everyday since one month , there is no infection .we are using medicines but it's not getting controlled .Right now we are in florida ,U.S.A .because of this weather or i don't know what is the reason.

It is best to start early in life to ensure that your Diabetes is not passed on to your son.

Take a spoonful or a capful of the liquid remedy and mix it into half a cup of water. Your sone will take a sip of this water daily.
You will observe that by virtue of the fact that the remedy was further diluted it is rendered absolutely safe in use while the properties of the Arnica are passed on to the user.
Do not reuse the remedy in the cup the next day. Make a fresh sample.

You cannot buy Arnica 6c in the Wet dose. You have to make it according to the instructions below which I have give you in a previous post.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
Arnica is Arnica Montana and for the control of Diabetes you must use the 6c potency.
If you can get the remedies from India they are much cheaper in any Homeopathic Pharmacy there. A 15ml bottle of any remedy is only IRs 30 while in the US it will be above $10.00. You can also get the Nat Phos 6x for GERD in India where a 500gm sealed pack is only IRs 250. It will contain about 5000 tablets.
Arnica will not cause any problems with your Fibroids.

Nat Phos 6x is only available in the tablet form. Since you can get it from India your friend can get the large 500gm pack which will serve you for a long time.
Arnica 30c and 6c is available in both the Alcohol in bottles and in the dry pellets. The former is better to make the Wet dose.
You can take the Nat Phos tablets on the tongue and they will dissolve in about 10 seconds. There is no advantage in putting it under the tongue.

Actually till now i have taken only three times , 3 tabs for one time , so i couldn't make out any changes . But when i took two times i felt little burning in my stomach after 4 hours .To day it's fine .

I hope that you realize that you cannot expect to be cured by using any remedy like you are doing now. In the case of GERD or Acid Reflux, you will have to take at least 3 tablets immediately after each of 2 main meals. You will also take the Arnica 30 as instructed twice daily.

I want to know because my husband is already lost nearly 9 kgs ,before using this medicine only .actually when we came to know that he is a pre diabetic then he reduced carb intake and started doing walking and excercise ,then he lost weight .he became thin.now he 61 kg at his 35 years ,his hight is 160 c.m .i am afraid if he uses this medicine will he lose weight ?

It just depends on how many tablets of Nat Phos 6x that he is taking. 2 tablets do not cause any extra Bowel movements but 3 may do so.
If he stops the Nat Phos his extra BM's will also stop.

Your husband does not have any alternative to Nat Phos 6 for his GERD. If he has lost weight already it is doubtful that he will lose any more.
It just depends on whether he wishes to use my therapy, Nat Phos and Arnica or use the therapy that others will prescribe.

I find it strange that you are constantly referring to your husband's loss of weight but you have not indicated if my therapy has helped his GERD. You have also not confirmed if it has help you yourself as you too suffered from GERD.
As far as I am aware, there is no remedy to gain weight and if you feel that it is due to the Nat Phos you can stop taking it.

Actually i am using only NATRUM PHOS. i ordered ARNICA here in U.S.A. but they said it will take some more days .
as of now i am feeling lil bit better comparing to the previous situation . but some times i feel burning sensation ,that too not regularly ....even he is feeling better...i am using only one medicine ,and u told me that with one medicine u can't expect total cure ,that is why i thought i will tell when i use both of them .
and why i am asking about my husband's loss of weight means.he used to look good before he lost weight ...i was very concern about his weight ,because he became very thin ,before using this medicine itself....
i am not telling because of that medicine he lost weight ....yesterday i was thinking about that and i thought i will ask u whether there is any way to gain weight ..he can't eat fatty foods and all right ..if he can eat he can gain weight ...i am not get ting what to do ....that's why i asked u ...that's it

Glad to note that you and your husband seem to have improved in your respective GERD status after you added the Arnica. You must understand that both Nat Phos and Arnica constitute an integral part of my therapy aka 'Joepathy' and it is essential that both are taken together if the patient wishes to be helped. Nat Phos accelerates the passage of food down the gut while Arnica rebuilds the delicate tissue of the Esophagus which is eroded or burnt by the action of the gastric juice and causes that burning sensation in your chest especially after dinner.
